Our boutique hotel AYCA LA FLORA is situated in the centre of the city of Valparaiso and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the old town. The special location on the rock of the old fortress Concepción offers spectacular views over the hills and port of Valparaíso.
You will find us in a recently renovated house from the middle of the 20th century, surrounded by a spacious garden full of regional plants, juicy citrus fruits, shady trees and terraces.
The extension built in 2020 impresses with the striking combination of a concrete core and steel girders, the modern industrial style which also characterizes the old town of Valparaiso and its famous "ascensores".
The unique location and colourful gardens make our hotel a green oasis in the middle of the bustling city of Valparaiso.
We offer 11 rooms, individually decorated and respecting the special atmosphere of this place. Each of our rooms has a private bathroom. Of course, a delicious breakfast is included in your overnight stay.
In our boutique hotel AYCA LA FLORA, our guests receive a warm welcome. We put all our efforts into creating a place of relaxation, a tranquil hideaway in the centre of the historic quarter. Our guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of our green oasis in the heart of the bustling city of Valparaiso.
As a German-Chilean couple, we - Anne and Alex - care about the fusion of the Chilean charm of "savoir-vivre" with German attention to detail. The symbiosis of both cultures is what makes our boutique hotel AYCA LA FLORA so unique and welcoming.
I love all the details of this beautiful house, the stories and the love you have put into this wonderful project. I work in tourism and know that guests will feel very comfortable.
