Our boutique hotel AYCA LA FLORA is situated in the centre of the city of Valparaiso and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the old town. The special location on the rock of the old fortress Concepción offers spectacular views over the hills and port of Valparaíso.
You will find us in a recently renovated house from the middle of the 20th century, surrounded by a spacious garden full of regional plants, juicy citrus fruits, shady trees and terraces.
The extension built in 2020 impresses with the striking combination of a concrete core and steel girders, the modern industrial style which also characterizes the old town of Valparaiso and its famous "ascensores".
