"EL CORNELIO", our project for sustainable tourism in a unique setting
Representatives of the regional tourism board have accepted our invitation to the grand opening of "El Cornelio" to get to know its attractions as to sustainable tourism.
A short hike takes us through the endemic Mediterranean forest with typical Chilean trees (e.g. bosque esclerofilo), past the beautiful Chilean palm trees (jubea chilensis), over to the Carrizo riverbed with its rock formations. Here you can feel the magic of the archaic power this unique nature is offering to you.
The empanadas (sandwiches) are already baking in the traditional clay oven and tempting us with their scent; we serve them with Chilean wine - pure pleasure!
